Terms and conditions: 1- Delivery takes 2-5 working days, depending on your choice of shipping company, and may be delayed in suburban cities or during peak seasons for shipping companies. 2- The customer has the right to cancel the order as long as the order status is "Pending review," and this is only done by sending an email to customer [email protected], and the amount will be refunded within two working days minus the electronic payment fee, which is 2%. 3- The customer has the right to replace or return books in case of a defect, provided they are in their original condition, and we must be notified by sending an email to [email protected] within 3 days maximum of receiving the shipment, and the store bears all costs and fees in this case. 4- The customer has the right to return the shipment to the store within a maximum of 3 days of receiving it, provided they are in their original condition, and the customer bears the shipping costs to the store's warehouse, in addition to the electronic payment fee.
