The Norwegian Forest novel by Japanese writer Haruki Murakami revolves around three characters or protagonists, two boys and a girl, namely Watanabe and Kizuki, the dentist, and the daughter, Nowaki. Suddenly, Kizuki commits suicide, and a friendship and then a love relationship develops between Watanabe and Nowaki, who has a psychological problem to turn into a sanatorium to treat herself, and then commit suicide. .
The novel contains complete liberation in writing and beyond that, it is characterized by a distinctive narration in which death, imagination, reason, madness and love mix in one place.
